Our People and Culture

At Consolidated Investment Group our associates have an assortment of tenure from a small group of individuals whose careers date back to when David Merage lead his manufacturing company to those who have come on board since CIG formation and develop into the company it is today.  They are people who come from a variety of industry backgrounds and experiences.  Our associates have all mixed together to create a unique environment of people who enjoy working together in a place where friendly challenge is accepted and even embraced from developing innovative solutions to go-cart racing.  CIG associates work together and play together celebrating life’s accomplishments from advanced degrees and certifications to weddings and babies we take pride in knowing each other and our families.
