CIG has allocated $500M of capital to real estate. The real estate group consists of professionals who invest in and manage a large portfolio of properties with a collective value well in excess of $1B.
The portfolio is comprised of multi-family apartments (U.S and Israel), office buildings (U.S., Europe and Israel), industrial holdings, and land holdings for development. Our core focus is centered on multi-family residential and industrial investment and development.
CIG currently has ownership interests through direct investment or joint venture partnerships in more than 25,000 apartment units throughout the United States. A majority of these apartment communities are located in strong in-fill neighborhoods and would be considered Class A properties. Target markets include Dallas, Austin, Houston, Raleigh, Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Southern California.
CIG currently has ownership interests through direct investments or joint venture partnerships in approximately 10 million square feet of office space throughout the United States including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Los Angeles and Western Europe. The office portfolio includes some of the best located and highest quality Class A+ buildings in their respective markets.
CIG owns approximately 2500 acres of residential land in Denver, Southern California, Hawaii, and Phoenix. This land is entitled for single family and multifamily development. Additionally, CIG is in the process of developing more than 100 acres of an industrial park in Denver which will contain more than 1 million square feet of Class A industrial distribution/manufacturing facilities.
