CIG currently owns Eastpark 70, an Industrial Development project in Denver, Colorado. Eastpark 70 consists of 4 newly constructed industrial buildings and a fully entitled site plan which can accommodate more than 1,500,000 total square feet. In addition to Eastpark 70, CIG also owns a 220,000 square foot industrial building in the Airport/Montbello submarket in Denver.
Land
CIG owns approximately 2500 acres of residential land in Denver, Southern California, Hawaii, and Phoenix. This land is entitled for single family and multifamily development.
1) Macanta is a 2000 acre single family land development located just south of Denver. At completion, the community will have around 1,000 homes with 95% backing up to open space. Over half of the acreage is planned to be parks and open space. Additionally, the community plans to have a large clubhouse with a fitness room, pool and tennis.
2) Arcadia is a seven acre multifamily development site in Phoenix, AZ. The property is zoned for approximately 360 units and features quick access to Scottsdale, the Camelback Corridor, and Tempe.
