Tim’s responsibilities include overseeing all real estate investments for CIG, including all real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and dispositions. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate investment industry, including land acquisition, real estate development, construction management, asset management, and financial management responsibilities. He has been with CIG since its founding and is a member of the company’s executive investment committee. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and is actively involved in his community through volunteer service in the Boy Scouts of America and other youth leadership programs.
Heidi Brendemihl oversees the Multi-Family portfolio for CIG, the Austin portfolio of apartments, and the Student Living and MF development projects. Prior to joining CIG, Heidi was at Mission Residential in Texas where she was responsible for multi-family acquisitions and asset management, and she has also worked in acquisitions, asset management, and development for JPI and Archon Group. Her experience encompasses multiple property types and asset classes in markets across the United States. Heidi graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate.
Brett joins the CIG Real Estate Team with a wealth of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Before joining CIG, Brett was with the Madison Companies where he was responsible for asset management, as well as sourcing, analyzing, and closing new investment opportunities in multi-family, hospitality, storage, and industrial. Brett has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver.
Nate’s primary responsibilities include asset management of multifamily communities in the Houston area, financing and due diligence in various markets and asset classes. Nate has been with CIG since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has a masters degree from the University of Denver.
Overseeing CIG’s commercial real estate portfolio of industrial and office properties, Chris directs asset management operations as well as new development and property dispositions. Prior to joining CIG, Chris held asset management, development, and acquisition roles at New York Life Real Estate Investors and AMB Property Corporation. Chris received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Brian joins CIG with many years of experience in the construction and development industry. He most recently operated his own consulting firm, BJB, Inc., where he provided construction management and development services to his clients. Most notably, Brian has been very involved in the development and construction of the RiNo District, where he oversaw the development and construction of several office, retail, residential, and hospitality projects. Brian has a BS degree from the University of Colorado in Civil Engineering.
Jason Sisk oversees CIG’s acquisitions group and is responsible for the sourcing, due diligence and closing of new real estate investments, development and debt placement. Mr. Sisk brings more than 15 years of experience in the financing, acquisition, development, renovation and operation of commercial and multifamily investments throughout the United States. Prior to joining CIG, Mr. Sisk served as Managing Director for Hill Companies, and prior to that as a Vice President at Circle Capital Partners. Additionally, Mr. Sisk has previously served in meaningful real estate investment and finance roles at the Broe Group and Affordable Residential Communities. Mr. Sisk earned his B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Nathan Sievers oversees a diverse portfolio of real estate investments extending throughout the Denver metro area, Maui, Southern California and North Dakota. Nathan has a strong background in the multi-family and management sector and prior to joining the CIG team in 2008, Nathan came from Carmel Partners where he was involved in management and acquisitions within the Denver metro portfolio.
Becky oversees all facets of financial reporting and tax compliance for CIG’s real estate investment portfolio. Her responsibilities include: auditing, due diligence of acquisitions/dispositions, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, risk management, lender compliance, and tax analysis of real estate transactions. Becky holds two advanced degrees from the University of Denver: a Masters of Accountancy and Masters in Taxation, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
