CIG owns approximately 600 acres of residential land in Denver, Southern California, Hawaii, Phoenix, and North Dakota. This land is entitled for single family and multi-family development. Additionally, CIG is in the process of developing more than 100 acres at the East Park 70 Industrial Park in Aurora, Colorado. Currently, six buildings have been completed consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet of class A warehouse/distribution buildings. When fully developed, the Park will consist of close to 1.5M square feet of rentable industrial space.
Originally built in 1961, this 221,677 square foot industrial building was renovated in 2009 and features 16’ to 19’ clear height and 24 loading docks. With excellent I-70 access and visibility, the building is currently 100% occupied by Goodwill Industries.
East Park 70 is a state-of-the-art industrial park located in Aurora, Colorado along the I-70 corridor. The park currently has 4 buildings totaling more than 900,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space with additional land for speculative and build-to-suit development.
EastPark 70 Building 1 is a 358,000 square foot single-tenant distribution facility completed in 2016. The building is currently occupied by UPS.
Eastpark 70 Building 2 is a 246,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse and distribution facility completed in 2018. The building is currently occupied by Bunzel Distribution, Stephen Gould and Atosa Catering.
Eastpark 70 Building 3 is a 220,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse distribution facility completed in 2019. The building is currently occupied by Benjamin Moore and Wayfair.
Eastpark 70 Building 4 is a 81,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse, distribution and outside storage facility completed in 2017. The building is currently occupied by JFC International and Atlantic Relocation Systems.
Lot 5 is an 8.53 acre site within the EastPark 70 industrial master plan. The 157,500 SF building will deliver Q1 2022.
Lot 6 is a 4.67 acre site within the EastPark 70 industrial master plan. The lot is entitled for a 75,900 SF industrial warehouse distribution center.
Lot 7 is a 6.05 acre lot within the Eastpark 70 industrial master plan. The lot is entitled for a 116,550 SF industrial warehouse distribution center.
The NE section of the Eastpark 70 industrial master plan is comprised of 5 smaller lots. These 5 lots are entitled for buildings ranging from 10k SF to 20k SF.
APD Bradley (13010 Bradley) is a 36,000 sq/ft industrial/manufacturing building originally constructed in 1962 and located on a 1.75-acre parcel in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Sylmar, CA. It is currently occupied by Diplomat Packaging, a light manufacturing and assembly company.
